WHO ARE WE?

At Ceefah solutions our primary aim is to save you time, money and provide true peace of mind for you to enjoy your home in France whether it is your permanent residence or one that is purely used for holidays.

Based in Chateauneuf Sur Charente since 2006 we are in a position to cover all areas encompassed by Saintes, Angouleme, St Jean D'Angely and Jonzac.

Being bilingual we are able to personally offer our extensive range of services as detailed on this page to both British and French clients.

If there is work to be carried out for which we are not registered, or possess the correct skills/qualifications we are more than happy to recommend registered artisans to clients for which we take no commission or payment. If we project manage the works we charge clients direct at the agreed rate. Any negotiated discounts are also passed on in full to our clients.

Our rate for gardening and most maintenance jobs is €18 per hour or part thereof.

We are registered with the Chambre De Commerce in Cognac and are fully insured.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We are able to personally offer the following property solutions:

1. Garden Maintenance and development.

2. Swimming pool maintenance including Spring opening and winterisation.

3. Internal property maintenance comprising: Decorating, Tiling & Plumbing. Estimates provided upon request.

4. Project management for building works. Sourcing estimates from local artisans and builders.

5. Security of your home including key holding and alarm call-outs.
