| Property Management and Maintenance. Internal and external Property Check We will visit your property every two weeks and check the exterior for signs of damage or forced entry. We will also check gutters and drains, where possible, for signs of blockage. We will enter the property and check all rooms for signs of damage, leaks and pest infestations. If the water supply is turned on we will flush toilets and run taps to check all is in order and to ensure that water-traps are full to prevent drain odours. If there are any signs of forced entry or severe damage we will arrange for emergency repairs to be carried out and contact you. We will automatically visit your property after severe weather conditions (high winds, severe thunderstorms & heavy snow etc). Fees are invoiced at the end of each month and are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date. Minimum charge of €17.50 (one hour)per visit. All additional charges @ €17.50 per hour or 15 minute intervals. | In addition to this we can also offer the following services: - Pool Care - Cleaning - Mail forwarding - Airing/heating before and after arrival - Shopping before arrival or a welcome food pack | ||||
